  I don't normally give a one star as reviews are very influential on the business, but I have to on this occasion so I booked my 4wd in for a service which I am very capable of carrying out myself as I've been in the car industry for nearly 2 decades and have a 2 post hoist at my home, so a simple oil and filter changed is easy, so I've booked it in for a service, due to warranty purposes. so i dropped off my car in the morning and got ask for a complimentary car wash, 3 hours later got a text saying it's ready for pickup, upon arrival and seeing the car has not been washed I ask the service manager so they quickly got it back in to their detailing bay and washed it, no worries, was told that all of the service was done, paid and got back to home, upon a suspicions if it wasn't wash and tyres wasn't rotated I checked what was supposed to be carried out so my air filter wasn't even touched, oil filter still had dust from the previous day when we had the car out on some track, their excuses was they steam clean my engine bay so some dust flew onto the filter, so just a heads up before you get things done with these guys think twice, or go elsewhere. to rectify the problem they done it in front of me after I said I was going to report it to Toyota Australia.

  Worst experience!!! They take too long to fix your car, they don't have enough courtesy cars for customers!! I don't understand how they operate, very very poor customer service. Absolutely disgrace.

  Took my car for getting it fixed here.
  Had front and back collision.
  Went to pickup the car after 4:30 on Friday. Inspected the job they performed on damaged areas.
  continued using loan car from insurance company which was due to return on Monday. Saturday morning I looked at my car & noticed there was a fresh scratch with a dent. I took a pic of it at 9 am.
  Saturday and Sunday showroom closed. I work on Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday on day off, I went to the lemans body&paint and checked the pre inspection form and noticed this scratch was not marked.
  Spoke to lady at reception, she argued I went back too late. Spoke to some Asian guy inside office and same result. Spoke to their head and same argument and at last, issue was escalated to General Manager. He quickly took the keys from me and with out any delay had the scratch repainted. Totally neglecting the dent and advised me that it's waste of another $200-$300 to have the dent fixed.
  
  So, don't go to these people. They might get your car fixed but they don't take responsibility of any damages they cause. You must have good eye for detail and I advise taking your car to some where else but not here.
