  Worst subway ever… No wonder no one eats at this subway deer park, I got food poisoning and it can’t be anything else as I haven’t eaten for the day… STAY AWAY unless you want some time off. You have been warned

  Excellent service and great attitude. My most favorite place to grab to go and of course it's not my first purchase. I like to eat healthy instead fast foods. Employees washed their hands then wore clear plastic gloves and make my orders. #comfortfood

  I always wondered why this subway was never busy… I just found out. I threw my meat ball sub (6 inch) out, the meatballs were cold all the way through, not just because of my salad, and the bread was stale, having been cut in half hod knows when. Poor customer service! Disgusting! If I get sick look out!

  Caution with protein’s this subway I just visited worker has asked my what I wanted and I ordered a chicken fillet fresh chicken was placed straight on bread without heating and secondly they also had longer facial hair and had no face mask whatsoever, told the worker sorry no thank you and went down to another subway, sorry but this isn’t ethical

  Subway Brimbank is terrible. I was there today 23/05/22 and was served by an Indian girl who clearly could not be bothered doing her job. The girl was wearing her hands free and speaking to her friend in indian while serving me extremely slowly. My son asked me about getting cookies and while he had distracted me she had already toasted my roll which I did not want toasted. I was not asked and she argued well you didn't say not to. Every subway asks that I have been to. The employee then proceeded to argue with me that I should accept it until finally agreeing to make another one when her colleague came out and I assume heard her mistake.
  
  Making the other roll I got extreme attitude and then got told once she got to the ham there is only 1 piece left that is my fault. I told them don't worry about it and went to Subway Derrimut where they actually care about making you roll.
  
  NEVER EVER GO TO SUBWAY BRIMBANK unless you want the worst service. All the bad reviews online for this outlet I now believe it. The good reviews were probably family and friends they asked for a favour.

  I used to like eating subway 2 years ago.. I loved their tuna or seafood only but the reason I stopped going there is their staff!!! they serve person before me a meatball sub or ham sub and when I ask them if they can change the gloves they get offended and take it personally..I tried explaining but the staff keep saying "other people don't ask that..so as unhappy customer I cut subway out of my diet completely 2 years and 8 months..I would rather go where I am valued as customer and not just another hungry stranger with money

  This joint doesn't even have doors on their display food fridges. I went past to order. the staff member was half way through my subway and I noticed flies all over the meat and dairy section. Along with the vegetables. I questioned the staff member as to why they have no doors, where's near by sanswich chef and other outlets have doors over their food holder fridges. She replied I don't know we don't. I cancelled my order and left.
